Visual Merchandising Planner will provide excellent & creative visual merchandising planning for our Fragrance & Beauty product line to ensure Brand’s high quality, expected standard of Brand image and proper merchandising execution across all retail Point-of-Sales in Japan, while aligning and answering to business needs.
◆Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper and consistent merchandising execution throughout Japan market according to guidelines for display planograms, visual layouts, and campaign design direction for the region.
• Create strong adaptation of global VM guidelines to suit Japan market’s needs.
• May be required to create and develop innovative displays for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image, as well as provide VM design and planning solutions on various projects.
• Train, manage and supervise VM vendors through continuous communication and ensure proper executions by vendors.
• Work within and as part of the Japan Studio team, alongside the Architecture team, in delivering strong VM solutions for all retail projects.
• Ability to ensure Brand identity and expected standards in all VM executions to provide the best customer experience.
• Collaborate and communicate closely with relevant teams local and global (including but not limited to JP Marketing Team, Sales team, Forecasting Team, Global MPOS, AD) to fulfil and improve VM solutions, planning and executions.

・Create VM design proposals
・Create and adapt VM guidelines
・Communication with other departments & Global teams
・Manage VM Display Tools Arrangements for all campaigns in all POS
・Manage Orders with suppliers
・Forecasting on Import materials
・Create localized display manual and VM guideline
・Maintenance support
・Regular market visit to ensure proper instore image
・Regular photo check of VM’s
・Budget Management
・Management of general Imported Goods for maintenance or future campaigns
