Accountability: Accountable to own and drive the POV on branding and marketing strategy for Steelcase Japan. To develop and implement a clear and consistent brand communication and event strategy for the specific market based on market strategy and organizations marketing guidelines. Responsible for execution of marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Steelcase Japan’s brand communication, spearhead product launches & events, and drive growth through innovative digital and social media marketing strategies. To play a key role in ensuring our brand messaging is inclusive and resonates with diverse audiences.
<Activities>
■Inclusive Brand Communication: develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that is inclusive and reflects the diversity of our target audience.
・Overseeing the development of creative assets – website copy & content, marketing materials, translation of local language, social media assets, etc.
•Partner with internal stakeholders across department (product marketing, design, sales, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all touch points in both B2B and B2C sectors.
•Alignment on Brand Communication in both Retail & Corporate Businesses to ensure consistent brand approach to market.
■Product Launch Event: plan and execute successful product launch events, including virtual and in-person experiences.
•Develop launch marketing campaigns to generate pre-launch buzz and drive product awareness.
•Manage logistic, budgeting, and vendor relationships for launch events. (create success metrics on launch campaigns /events)
■Digital & Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute data driven digital and social media marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
•Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
•Analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Develop and management paid advertising campaigns on social mediate platforms and search engines.
•Ability to create paid, earn and own media content & plan (added advantage)
